Rebecca Eller-Molitas is the Director of Career and Technical Education Engagement for the National Roofing Contractors Association, where she strengthens partnerships among industry, education, and workforce development to create pathways that connect learners to sustainable careers while meeting employer workforce needs.

With nearly 20 years of experience in adult education, workforce development, nonprofit leadership, and national partnership-building, Rebecca has served as an executive director of community-based adult literacy organizations in Illinois and Georgia, a consultant with New Readers Press, and adjunct ESL faculty in WIOA-funded community college adult education programs. Her work has connected adult learners with educators, community colleges, correctional education programs, employers, funders, and civic leaders.

A COABE State Advocate for Adult Education Fellow (Cohort 2) alumna, Rebecca has worked with legislators and national partners to advance adult education as a vital component of workforce development. She holds a Master of Arts in Social Justice in Intercultural Relations from SIT Graduate Institute, a Graduate Certificate in Educational Technology from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Intermont College.
